UNDERGROUND
UTILITY LOCATING
We use ground penetrating radar and other proven methods so you can know exactly what lies beneath the surface. We will locate underground water, storm, sanitary, gas, communication, and power lines. We can also positively identify underground storage tanks, trench lines, buried foundations, and footers. We can also provide GPS maps for all findings showing the location and depth of utilities.
Public utility services often face backlogs and are limited in their ability to find non metallic, or unknown utilities. Radar Hawk will respond quickly, and provide a comprehensive scan with accurate markings leaving you with confidence before you start your project.
CONCRETE SCANNING
Concrete cutting or core drilling can be risky and hazardous. Let us come map out the post tension cables, rebar, conduits, or anything else that might be an impediment to your project. By utilizing ground penetrating radar we can identify any obstructions and walk you through the best options available for your particular job.
Concrete scanning is often used to locate the following.
-
Rebar grid layout with spacing and depth.
-
Post tension cable layout
-
Voiding
-
Electrical conduit
-
Water and sewer pipes
-
CMU wall grouting
The use of ground penetrating radar combined with electro-magnetic pipe locators can eliminate the inherent risk involved any time you drill into the floor, wall, or ceiling. Drilling into a post tension cable or electrical conduit could sink a business, and presents the possibility of serious bodily harm to the driller. We aim to mitigate these risks for you by letting you know where you can drill safely.
Archeological explorations, environmental soil boring, soil density variations, and grave site locating are a few of the needs our scientific community has. Radar Hawk has experienced operators who use the most effective ground penetrating radar equipment available to provide a detailed analysis of what lies beneath the surface before you ever put a shovel in the ground.
By utilizing grid pattern scanning and data collection, we are able to provide detailed reports that include data imaging and explanations of subsurface anomalies.
SUBSURFACE
INVESTIGATIONS
Client's needs reporting needs are unique to them. Radar Hawk takes an individual and economical approach for each client.
Raw GPR data can be difficult to understand without a background in its technology. Among other things Radar Hawk utilizes state-of-the-art post processing software along with GPS to simplify that data for our customers by converting it into comprehensible 3D visuals.
Additionally, some of our premium reports include drone photography in order to provide high resolution up-to-date aerial imagery. If you have a specific reporting need we are here to work with you.
